A graduate in Mechanical Engineering (Hons) from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, he later strengthened his leadership acumen with an Executive MBA from the American University in Dubai. Early in his professional life, Ariz worked on complex industrial and infrastructure projects across the Gulf. His hands-on exposure included the commissioning of large-scale power plants, oil and gas facilities, and manufacturing units—experiences that gave him a granular understanding of engineering execution, safety, and operational excellence.

Before stepping into executive leadership, Ariz held key roles with some of the region’s most respected organizations. At Al Mulla Group, he served as an Internal Auditor and Data Analyst for over six years, where he played a pivotal role in implementing and managing SAP ERP systems across steel and transport refrigeration divisions. His work spanned SAP PS and PP modules, project costing, WBS planning, variant configuration, and data governance—directly influencing profitability and operational transparency.
As a Certified QMS ISO 9001:2015 Auditor, Ariz led internal audits across multiple departments and successfully completed surveillance audits conducted by international certification bodies. This period honed his ability to balance compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement—skills that later became central to his leadership philosophy.
His earlier assignments with GulfSpic, Doosan, Honeywell, and Emirates Float Glass LLC exposed him to EPC project management, commissioning of power and gas turbines, distributed control systems, and advanced manufacturing operations.
